This is the motto of the refreshots, a creation of the Aragonese Ceramic Cooperative El Cierzo, which performs the function of cooling the water in this elegant ceramic jug thanks to the thermodynamics law of the traditional botijos, so that you always have it to hand in the kitchen and you can get it at the table. The more heat it makes, the fresher the water is preserved inside!
For 30 years the ceramic artisanal workshop The Cierzo has been functioning as an integration space SOcial for many people in the area who suffer from some kind of mental disorder, facilitating decent employment and respecting their working times.
The refreshment is accompanied by its enameled ceramics cholley, to collect the exudate that occurs during the process, and will become an essential on summer days.

Returns
