You may give up the sale and return the products for free within 30 calendar days from the reception of the order for the reason it is.
To exercise this right, the client must notify us of his decision to give up the contract by fulfilling the form that we reproduce below, and sending it to the email address email@example.com with copy to firstname.lastname@example.org:

I inform you that I give up my sales contract for the following good:

You may use the withdrawal form model, although its use is not mandatory. To fulfill the period of withdrawal, it is enough that the communication relative to the exercise for its part of this right is sent before the aforementioned term come.
The client may return the goods without any cost, but must do so within 10 calendar days from the date on which he communicated his decision, and must proceed as follows:
- Returns from Spain: When you notify your decision, we will send you a code by SMS so that you can return the order for free in any post office, sending it to the Ethnica Deco address, S.L. (Servilogi), C. d'Eduard Maristany, 406, 08915, Badalona. Any other form of shipping will be borne by the client.
- Returns from outside Spain: When you notify us your decision, we will coordinate with you the collection of the order by the messaging company in the address that you indicate.
The order must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, with its original intact packaging, the Tote Bag and the label, accompanied by the ticket or electronic invoice that it received with the confirmation of its order, and the products must be in perfect state. They should not have opened, despised or used.
Once the request returned and your status is verified and compliance with the detailed in the previous paragraph, we will return all the payments made by you, including delivery expenses to the initial shipping address (with the exception of the expenses additional resulting from the choice for its part of a different delivery modality to the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer), no later than 14 calendar days since we received the order back. We will proceed to reimburse the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case you do not return the order completely (that is, that it does not return all the products that are part of your purchase order, but only one of them), the initial shipping costs will not be returned in no case. As an example:
- If you buy 2 products and completely give up the purchase (returning the 2 products) the ordinary shipping costs will be returned in full.
- If you buy 3 products and only return 2 products, none of the shipping costs will be returned, since these expenses will correspond to the product that you stay.
To request a product change, the customer must contact us by sending an email to email@example.com within 30 calendar days after the reception of the product. The shipping and collection expenses in case of change will be borne by the client. They will not be accepted in any case shipping due to due pages.
