Handmade in Rwanda
Hand fabric by a woman in remote regions of Rwanda, this tray has been manufactured with natural sisal fibers of the highest quality in a fair and ethical trade environment thanks to All Across Africa, a company certified in fair trade by the Nest Seal OF TRANSPARENCY.
This product has an important meaning and purpose, since its sale means a fair salary and an opportunity to keep the family of the person who has made it in a place where there are few job opportunities. By combining access to the market with the training and education provided by All Across Africa, these artisans are winning traditional wages ten times and are transforming into very respected business leaders in their communities, helping to lead and create a positive future.
All products are handmade with love and with 100% natural and ecological materials. They can vary slightly in size, shape and color, but they are 100% original and unique!

- Cleaning: Do not immerse in water; If necessary, use a damp cloth to clean, and avoid the use of chemical or detergents.
- Sun: Because the fibers are natural, keep the products dyed out of direct sunlight for long periods of time to avoid natural discoloration.

The Shipping to Peninsula They are free with standard shipping, whose delivery period is 3-5 working days. If express shipping is chosen, with delivery in 1-2 working days, they have a cost of € 9.90, VAT included.
The Shipping to the Balearic Islands They have a cost of € 7.90, VAT included, and the delivery period is 3-5 working days.

Returns
You may give up the sale and return the products for free within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order for the reason it is, and must proceed as follows:
- Returns from Spain: A code will be sent by SMS so that you can return the order for free in any post office.
- Returns from outside Spain: We will coordinate with you the collection of the order by the messaging company in the address that you indicate.
